1) Scope of the policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on adventurelearningespanol.com of:

  • Online services: individual lessons, group classes, packs/bundles, and courses delivered via video call.
  • Digital products: eBooks and downloadable materials.

2) Online services (lessons, packs, and courses)

Cancellations and Rescheduling (Student)

  • You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before the booked lesson.
  • With less than 12 hours’ notice, or in case of no attendance, the lesson will be considered delivered and will not be refunded.

Bundles/ Lesson Packs

Bundles are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Sessions not used within that period expire and are not eligible for a refund.

If, for a justified reason attributable to Adventure Learning Español, we are unable to deliver a lesson, a rescheduling or proportional refund will be offered.

Service Start and Withdrawal

  • By booking a lesson within 14 days of purchase, you accept that once the service has been fully or partially provided, the right of withdrawal does not apply to what has already been delivered.
  • For future bookings that have not yet started, you may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase. In that case, a 100% refund will be issued.

Technical issues

  • If an issue is attributable to Adventure Learning Español (teacher, platform), we will offer rescheduling or a refund.
  • If the issue is due to the student’s connection, equipment, or software problems, no refund will be issued.

3) Digital Products (eBooks and Resources)

  • Access to the download is enabled immediately after payment is confirmed.
  • As this is digital content not supplied on a physical medium, in accordance with Article 103.m of the Spanish Consumer Law (TRLGDCU), there is no right of withdrawal once the download has begun.

Refunds are accepted within 14 days only if:

  • The purchase was made by mistake and the download has not been started.
  • A duplicate charge or payment error occurred.

Refunds are not accepted if:

  • The file has already been downloaded.
  • The reason is subjective dissatisfaction with the content after accessing it.

    • If the file is corrupted or the link does not work, we will send a new download link at no additional cost.

4) How to Request a Refund

Write to reservas@adventurelearningespanol.com con:

  • Subject: Refund Request – Order #[number]
  • Full name
  • Order number and date
  • Product/service purchased
  • Reason for the request
  • Confirmation that the file has not been downloaded (for digital products)

📌 We will respond within a maximum of 48 business hours.
📌 If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using the same payment method.

5) Anti-fraud measures 

We may request reasonable verifications (e.g., download logs, class attendance) and deny requests that do not comply with this policy or are deemed abusive.
