1. Identification and contact

Activity: online Spanish teaching (individual lessons, group classes, and courses) and sale of books/materials in digital format.

2. Purpose and Acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of the Site, as well as the contracting of online training services and downloadable digital products. By accessing, registering, or making a purchase, you agree to these conditions.

3. User acount

You may make purchases as a guest or by creating an account. If you choose to register, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for providing truthful and up-to-date information.

4. Purchase Process and Prices

  • All prices are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes (IVA).
  • The purchase process clearly shows the steps to follow and is confirmed by email.
  • Payments are made through secure platforms (Stripe/PayPal). Adventure Learning Español does not store banking data or card numbers.

5. Online Services (lessons, courses, bundles)

  • Bookings are managed through the online booking platform (Amelia or another).
  • Rescheduling/cancellations by the student:

Up to 12 hours before → no cost.

With less notice or in case of no attendance, the lesson is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

  • Bundles/packs: they are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unused sessions expire.
  • Cancellations by Adventure Learning Español: if a lesson cannot be delivered for justified reasons, rescheduling or a proportional refund will be offered.
  • The student is responsible for having a stable internet connection, camera, and microphone in good working condition. Technical issues related to their equipment or connection do not automatically grant the right to a refund.

6. Digital Products (eBooks, Downloadable Resources)

  • After confirming the payment, you will receive immediate access to the download link.
  • The products are for personal and non-transferable use.
  • Copying, distributing, reselling, or modifying them without written authorization is prohibited.
  • Exception to the right of withdrawal: as these are digital contents not supplied on a physical medium, you waive the right of withdrawal once the download has started (Art. 103.m of the Spanish Consumer Law — TRLGDCU).

7. returns and Refunds

  • Online lessons: the conditions in section 5 (cancellations and rescheduling) apply.
  • Digital products: no returns are accepted once the file has been downloaded.
  • If a digital file is damaged or not working properly, a new download link will be provided at no additional cost.

8. Intellectual Property

All content (books, materials, recordings, resources, images, and texts) is the property of Adventure Learning Español or its licensors.
The student is granted only a limited license for personal use. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation without express authorization is prohibited.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms, prices, or services at any time. Changes will not affect purchases that have already been confirmed. The current version will always be available on this page.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. If this is not possible, the courts of the consumer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
